Managing Appts

BODHI Massage Therapy uses Schedulicity for its online scheduling services. In order to schedule an appointment, you will be prompted to create a Schedulicity account. Your information is safe and not shared for marketing purposes outside of BODHI Massage Therapy.

Creating an appointment

Follow the “Book Online Now” button that can be found on every page on this website. You will be shown the dates and times available to make an appointment. Simply select the day and time that works best for you. Please make sure you confirm your appointment by clicking the “Book It” link at the end of the process. If you do not receive an e-mail confirmation, your appointment was not created.

If you are unable to click on specific dates, it simply means those days are unavailable, either due to a non-service day or no available appointment times are remaining.

Canceling/Rescheduling an appointment

To cancel or reschedule an appointment, you must log into your Schedulicity account and view your homepage/dashboard. Follow this link to be taken to your homepage to view your currently scheduled appointments. You may be asked to log in, if you are not already.

NOTE: If your scheduled appointment is less than 24 hours away, you are outside of the 24 hour cancellation policy and Schedulicity will not allow you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Please contact me via e-mail ( if you need to make a last minute cancellation. Keep in mind that cancellations made less than 24 hours beforehand may be subject to cancellations fees, up to the full price of your session, or void your gift certificate/prepaid session voucher.

Emergency or Severe Weather Cancellations

I know issues may arise that need to take priority over your scheduled appointment, including our lovely Minnesota weather!

When it comes to severe weather (if a Winter Storm Warning is announced), my 24-hour cancellation policy does not apply. Simply let me know before 11:00am that day that you would like to reschedule your appointment due to weather, and I will be happy to do so. I don’t want to see anyone risk getting into an accident and possibly harming themselves just to keep an appointment. The best way to contact me for cancellations is by e-mail ( or voicemail at 612-454-0260.

In most cases, the early notice will also help keep me from having to venture out into the nasty weather, myself!

If I have received a large number of cancellations for any particular day due to weather, and you have not cancelled yourself, you may receive a call from me asking to reschedule.
